When merging wine ( 20020710, as well as the 0605 one ), the regapi wrapper is
missing, and should be included in order to set the registry values. ( "cp <one
of the other wrappers such as notepad> regapi" does the job well)

Modified the wine-20020710-r1 ebuild to actually install regapi.  For some
reason doing a make install in the programs directory does not install it.
