Yes, that's a different block: ("kde-apps/kdesu[handbook]" is blocking kde-plasma/kde-cli-tools-5.4.1) ...tells you to switch off handbook for kde-apps/kdesu. Could it be you not using the plasma profile?

There is no error in your output. It is cut off right before the interesting part. If you don't want to use the plasma profile, but still want to use kdeadmin-meta (=a mix of kde4- and kf5-based packages) take a look at the plasma profile's package.use file which settles these kind of conflicts.

The error was in my command line "--backtrack 30" instead of "--backtrack=30". With "--backtrack=30" the kde packages are now emerged. Thank you Andreas for your hints.
