Please bump dev-python/python-troveclient to v1.3.0 or anything more current than v1.0.5 which was released on Apr 16, 2014.

Some documentation online, http://www.rackspace.com/knowledge_center/article/setting-the-time-zone-for-a-cloud-databases-instance is not backwards compatible with the in-tree version of python-troveclient.

For example, arguments to 'trove configuration-attach' must be provided in reverse order which otherwise renders a resource could not be found error for Gentoo users on v1.0.5.
