Upstream considers 28.7 as stable, though it is not on the official download page (I pinged them about it in the forums). I think it can be stabilized, as it's been in tree for more than one month and there's no open bugs against it. While we are at it we could toss the older 27.9-r2 as I really see no reason why someone should still use it.
Now it's also officially on their download page. Can we drop all old versions, while we're at it?
