it refers to strange dimension 49x48 :)

make_desktop_entry skype "Skype VoIP" ../icons/hicolor/49x48/apps/skype.png

also I seem to have two entries for skype in Start menu of KDE. This is probably because both dirs are processed by kde. is this a bug in my setup?

i fixed the 49x48 :) About the two entrys i dont know as i dont have wither gnome or kde if you find out please drop me a note (can be by mail) and i will fix it.

I use Gnome and the Skype desktop file (/usr/share/applications/skype-skype.desktop) has a wrong entry for the skype icon, everytime after I have updated skype.
The standard entry is: Icon=skype
It should be: Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/skype.png
