Compiles fine o ARM. Made a few tests and everything seems to be working.

This appears to require either other dependences keyworded or some USE flags masked.

I don't think so. I've compiled pdns with '**' keyword, but other dependencies (like boost) were merged without problem. 

USE flags: (mysql tools -botan -cryptopp -debug -doc -geoip -ldap -lua -mydns -opendbx -postgres -remote -sqlite -static -test -tinydns)
