Description Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2015-09-05 19:57:39 UTC
This is not a regression, I am suffering it forever but manually checking the list to drop this bogus entries:
- Package A-2.0:2 had a stable keyword on alpha
- But version A-3.0:3 is only stable on amd64/x86

This is really common in Gnome as many old packages were stabilized in all arches while most gnome3 stuff is only stable on amd64/x86 (for example, you can test with gnome-base/gnome-desktop)

Currently, the script will output:
gnome-base/gnome-desktop-3.16.2 alpha amd64 arm ia64 ppc ppc64 sparc x86

Because old slot had that stable keywords... but that is wrong, it should check the old version from the SAME slot (that is only stable in amd64, x86...)

Thanks
