Compiling media-tv/v4l-dvb-saa716x-0.0.1_p20141109 with kernel 4.2 results in several error messages about things not defined.

I could make it compile with a few source code modifications, but I don't understand why it breaks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. eselect kernel set linux-4.2.0-gentoo
2. emerge media-tv/v4l-dvb-saa716x

I'm not quite sure why you need it. Please be aware that I could make the ebuild work with the already attached patches.

looks like the maintainer (Andreas R.) is a little bit inactive
also the kernel 3.19 fix isn't applied to the git tree,

anyway,....

Martin will test it on his Setup,
hope so, i get a feedback until this weekend,
so we will add your fix to the tree on weekend in an -r2.ebuild
