I use kde-frameworks 5.13 and plasma 5.4.0 and my profile is default/linux/amd64/13.0/desktop/plasma/systemd
I get this on two systems, after switching to KDE 5. Everything is normal for a while then I cannot move windows and every attempt logs that message. I have found out how to reproduce this reliably, but using ClusterSSH. As soon as I use the Retile Windows option in cssh, the Windows become immobile like this and Alt-TAB window switching also stops.

Is this still reproducible with latest testing version =kde-plasma/kwin-5.6.3?
I no longer use ClusterSSH, but I reinstalled it after updating KWin, rebooted to make sure and retiled in cssh. The result was exactly the same as before. Since removing cssh some months ago I have not had a single instance of this problem, so I am tempted ot lay the blame at its door. Time to depclean and reboot...
It turns out this is apparently a bug in clusterssh, not kwin. There's a version bump request filed that should contain the fix.
