Please bump sysdig to version 0.1.104.
Copying the old sysdig-0.1.98.ebuild works.

Reproducible: Always

At least the attached changes may be worth considering:

Hunk #1: tidy up SRC_URI so as not to require intermediate repackaging

Hunk #2: require sys-lib/ncurses-6.0+

Hunk #3: unbundle ncurses
