It's really hard to debug when a server-side hook is failing. Please provide a repository, that collects all hooks used for the git repositories.

Good thing we usually do it for you. Separating public from private infra code is a long term goal we have, hooks will be public when that's done; tracking via this bug not needed.
Barring one (require-signed-push), all of the hooks ARE public, and it's a copy of the stock Git upstream one with minor changes. The main ones are available here: https://github.com/mgorny/git-gx86-tools
