if you specify ldap in the USE flags in /etc/make.conf, vim nor evolution are
built with LDAP support. They should.

obviously, it should say "pine and evolution", not "vim and evolution" ;-)

Pine now honors the ldap use flag.  Evolution is next, I hope!

Hmmm.  The evo ./configure script finds openldap if ldap is in USE, so I'm
I'm going to close this bug.  Please reopen if there's something I'm missing.
