Frameworks version of Okular (5.9999) fails to build. Here's build.log, my emerge --info and CMake logs below.

Never add links to transient paste sites as they will disappear sooner or later, instead please add the files to this bug (if needed, compress them).

This is triggered by BUILD_TESTING=false.
