Configure fails with:
checking for pcap_compile in -lpcap... no
configure: error: missing libpcap library required by bpf compiler or nfsynproxy tool


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=pcap emerge net-firewall/iptables

Actual Results:  
checking for pcap_compile in -lpcap... no
configure: error: missing libpcap library required by bpf compiler or nfsynproxy tool

Expected Results:  
Successful install.

Can be worked around by manually emerging libpcap.

Duplicate of bug 557586 , which is supposed to be fixed. Try again after
resyncing the tree.

Confirmed fixed in latest sync.
