eid-mw new ebuild + all changed files

What's new :

- Add ~arm KEYWORDS : tested on my BeagleBone Black and it works !
- Add Header files in "includedir" for libbeidpkcs11.so
- Add pkgconfig file (eid-mw-9999 only).

Modified files :

- metadata.xml : more detailed explanation of gtk and dialogs USE flags.
- eid-mw-9999.ebuild : pkgconfig file + "dialogs" USE flag + header files

Added files :

- files/gtk_not_required_${PV}.patch : Please, I would like to install eid-mw as long as possible on my "Qt-only" box.
- eid-mw-4.1.4.ebuild : new version

Everything is in my tar.bz2 file in attachment...

Sven,

Can you commit all files in my tar.bz2 attachment.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Last remarks :
- You can remove eid-mw-4.0.6_p1480.ebuild.
- What do you think of stabilizing eid-mw ebuild from ~x86/~amd64 to x86/amd64 ?

For stabilization, you need to create STABLEREQ bugs when the time is ready. We can then add in the arch teams to do their testing and stabilize.
