As noticed by chithahn on the ml:

  https://bugs.gentoo.org/333531#c4

This gets magically JS-replaced with:

  https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=333531

i.e. it loses the #-reference. As a result, #-references don't work in fancy new-age browsers. I think we should either fix it or recommend elinks.
