gstack live ebuild

gstack is the Fedora shell script wrapper for gdb which provides pstack-like output (see: #537938).

The attached live ebuild pulls the script and man page directly from the Fedora git repo.

A versioned ebuild may need to reference a separately hosted set of files (somewhere else).
