With perl packages euscan fails with the mentioned message, ie: http://euscan.gentooexperimental.org/package/dev-perl/Term-ReadLine-TTYtter/
http://euscan.gentooexperimental.org/package/dev-perl/Inline-C/
and more.

euscan dev-perl/Term-ReadLine-TTYtter
Actual Results:

1.) Perl team does not take care about euscan
2.) euscan is not official gentoo service, and it is buggy, AFAIK.
