Output from 'emerge --info'

While trying to set up Xen on my laptop, I discovered that 4.5 series versions of app-emulation/xen with USE=efi don't actually install xen.efi like they should. They still create /boot/efi/gentoo, they just don't put anything there.

Output of 'emerge --info' is attached.

I think I may have figured out what the issue I'm having is. Assuming my conclusion is correct, I'll be posting more specifics later today.

OK, after some further investigation, I've discovered that this was caused somehow by my specifying target related options in EXTRA_ECONF for sys-devel/binutils. Removing those caused the problem to go away, so I'm marking this as invalid.
