versions of net-misc/bidwatcher >1.3.15 contain a bug which makes it impossible to actually use the program on any current eBay auctions (previous versions of bidwawtcher used an 8-bit integer for the auction ID, which makes the highest auction ID possible 4294967295.  Current eBay auctions are now well above that point).  Since the older versions are unusable anyway, it doesn't make sense to have 1.3.15 in ~x86 anymore.

(In that first line, I meant, of course, versions LESS THAN 1.3.15, not greater than.  Whoops.)
