qmail eclass ifconfig patch

qmail.eclass calls /sbin/ifconfig instead of /bin/ifconfig

that does use the new path, but the code is still broken.  it's expecting the old ifconfig output which hasn't existed in a long time and thus would produce garbage tcpconfig rules.
