e.g. kde-plasma/plasma-desktop-5.3.2 needs kde-plasma/kio-extras-5.3.2 but I need :5 dolphin either (and some other :5 packages) and it needs kde-apps/kio-extras-9999 I understand that it's all under development but even for testing please correct plasma-desktop meta package and move (or copy for compatibility) kio-extras 5.3.2 to kde-apps, otherwise everyone who will want to use plasma-desktop:5 and dolphin:5 will be forced to fork and edit few ebuilds locally.
desktop kioslave has moved from kio-extras-9999 to plasma-workspace-9999 so pkgmoving and just upgrading to kde-apps/kio-extras-9999 without also upgrading plasma-workspace would make you lose functionality.
