xine-lib-1_rc5-r1 fails to compile, after the removal of the first hunk
of the protect-CFLAGS.patch-1_rc5.
this patch was there for a purpose, and without the first hunk of the patch
xine-lib is once again broken.
there are some unsane compiler flags in the configure script such as 
"-O3 -fexpensive-optimizations -ffast-math -funroll-loops -finline-functions"
what i did is modify the patch, take out all the compiler flags out save
for the parametrized and append to them the user's compiler flags.
and it works, if you like the compiler flags ennumerated above feel free
to add them to your CFLAGS environment variable.
