Version 14.4.2 requires patching for uclibc, and a bit more than previous versions, because of missing fe*except functions. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sox
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
emake failed (compile phase)

Expected Results:  
sox updated on Lilblue system

There are some other problems with sox, so I'm not sure how they will all factor together.  See http://lilblue-tinderbox.freeharbor.net/ for my uclibc tinderboxing.  There the latest error with sox is delving into the implementation details of FILE* which is bad!

sys-libs/uclibc has been removed from the tree, replaced by sys-libs/uclibc-ng.  if this is still a problem on uclibc-ng, please open a new bug.
