The build of monodoc-0.18 bails out with:
!!! File is corrupt or incomplete. (Digests do not match)

>>>  your file's digest: b275a0af9485bae75e84affc06374127
!!! File does not exist: /usr/portage/distfiles/monodoc-0.18.tar.gz

I downloaded the file twice, both downloads have the same md5sum.
Unless go-mono.com has been hacked, which I suppose is quite unlikely, the digest file in the portage tree seems broken.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =monodoc-0.18

Actual Results:  
!!! File is corrupt or incomplete. (Digests do not match)

Expected Results:  
It should have emerged.

Yup. just fixed this now.
