A few of you might have heard of prezi - a tool too create (quite impressive) presentations via flash, which don't follow the stupid/boring powerpoint-scheme. For Inkscape there exist the plugins JessyInk and Sozi. Both work by creating presentations from SVG graphics. While the former is inactive, apparently (although you can find it preinstalled with Inkscape), the latter made the move towards a self-contained application. As I have zip experience with ebuild-writing with npm-stuff in mind, and neurogeek has both of those applications already in his overlay, maybe he might be able to help?
