New version of libcec was released some time ago. It has a new dependency for the "platform" library (#554092).

Just wanted to add that >=libcec-3.0 is required for CEC support in media-tv/kodi-15.x, see #544760

libcec-3.0.1 ebuild and patch

libcec-3.0.1.tar.gz contains a simple ebuild for libcec-3.0.1. Patch is necessary to prevent an error at the version check during the cmake build. The same patch is already upstream an won't be needed on future versions. 

Available use flags for 2.2.0 are now handled by cmake and automatically enabled if the necessary libraries have been found.
