Chapter 5 says "emu.gentoo.org". This should be replaced with "toucan.gentoo.org".

Actually, it should have been changed to 'dev.gentoo.org'.  Servers should never be referenced by their direct names -- we deliberately provide abstracted service names to ensure things like this don't happen.
