This Wireshark plugin provides dissection on SAP's NI, Message Server, Router, Diag and Enqueue protocols.

Developers has just released a standalone plugin and I created a plugin here:
https://code.google.com/p/pentoo/source/browse/portage/trunk/net-misc/wireshark-sap-plugin

You might also add a "sap" or similar flag to a wireshark ebuild so it would pull the plugin.
