No error is visible in the config.log

Makefile found in root dir of frozen-bubble-server-0.0.3
line 209-215:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge frozen-bubble
2. wait
3. see error

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
frozen-bubble is installed and I play happily.
