The ebuild for apache-2.0.49-r3 doesn't update the /etc/apache2/conf/modules.d/00_apache_manual.conf file correctly. I think the sed command is incorrect and results in a configuration file that does not point to a valid directory.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install apache-2.0.49-r3

I think the environment variable in the sed statement is wrong. This should fix
it.
