Well, OTOH got this from the author today via email : It's been a few years since I've spent time on sargraph. As you've noted, most servers don't carry the graphics deps, so most of my usage is for servers not set up in graphite/etc. by pulling back sa files to my workstation and spot checking them with sargraph. I have played around with other graphs locally but haven't tried generalizing any for awhile. If you have suggestions I wouldn't mind updating it.
sargraph is already installed as usr/share/doc/sysstat-11.0.5/sargraph* since at least 11.0.2.
ick, wasn't ware that it is under a doc path - ok.
