Bug 55177 – libdvdnav: new release (0.1.10)

There's a new release of libdvdnav available. 
Quote: "There is finally a new release of libdvdnav. This one just fixes some little problems and will make several DVDs play even better. The next release will contain some bigger changes, which will be discussed soon. So any developer who uses libdvdnav might want to join us on the dvd-devel list."

There is already software which lists this new version as a requirement (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dvdplugin/)

I think it would be great to get a now ebuild :)

There should be no need for an entirely new ebuild. Should be just cp and paste.

0.1.10 w/ pic flag

This modified ebuild adds the pic use-flag to enable pic objects. This could be
useful when xine is built with pic and external dvdnav.
