The man pages `pandoc.1` and `pandoc_markdown.5` come pre-generated in the `man` directory along with templates to regenerate them. The `make-pandoc-man-pages` use flag builds a utility that can build them from the README file, but this program is not merged, and since the man pages already exist after unpacking, it's pretty useless. It would be nice if the man pages were installed in the `src_install` phase. Patch follows.

1. Emerge pandoc-1.13.2-r1
Actual Results:  
Man pages are not merged
