Elogviewer 2.6 fixes Bug #550802.  Which is actually two
independent bugs.


1. Fix cases where elogviewer crashes on starts for new users
   (but not for upgraders).
2. Fix crash for users switching locale from UTF-8 to locales
   with a lower bit depth, e.g. ASCII.

This bugs supersedes Bug #547048 and closes #550802.

Ebuild works for me after changing the version number from 2.5
to 2.6.
