The current HEAD of Qtile needs xcffib>=0.2.5,<0.3.0, but the last version in Portage is 0.2.1, so qtile-9999 is currently broken. By installing xcffib via pypi and emerge -C xcffib, the problem can be temporarily fixed, but then Portage dependencies tree is broken.
Reassigning to python since this is mostly a xcffib version bump request in disguise.
