Description Ioannis Aslanidis (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-24 15:52:18 UTC
The Network sensor of x11-plugins/desklet-psisensors has a mistake when reporting the incoming data... about 4-10 KB more. It's something abnormal, I have absolutely no data transfers, everything stopped and it reports I am recieving 7KB/s, that's impossible.

BTW, the refresh rate doesn't work, it seems that although you can edit the 2500 ms and the value you type gets stored, it doesn't affect at all the sensor.

Reproducible: Always

As with your other bug, start by providing us with more information, versions, kernel version, does /proc provide the right information? Thanks

Comment 3 Joe Sapp (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-01-29 13:50:25 UTC
As with your other bug, the psi sensors are deprecated and have been removed from the gdesklets site. As there is no current equivalent, I can't suggest downloading a different one. Maybe it just doesn't (and won't) work because of a mistake made by the author. Have you tried installing it by hand?
