Bug 550594 – sys-auth/nss-pam-ldapd: update init script and add s6 support

This is a revbump for nss-pam-ldapd which will update the init script by
allowing the default start and stop functions to be used. It also adds a
separate init script and a run script for s6 support.

I will add the scripts then a diff for the ebuild.
