Jackey has been very enthusiastic about submitting patches and new ebuilds for Chinese language support. I am sponsoring his candidacy.

I'm not seeing any quiz or keys for this one.... Is he still interested in becoming a dev? If so, then he needs to do the dev quiz and mail it and ssh2 dsa key and gpg key to recruiters@gentoo.org

Sorry, I should have updated the bug. Jackey *is* interested in becoming a developer, but said he was going through a period of no free time. He is supposed to get back to me with his quiz answers maybe next week. I will be sure to keep things moving as soon as he is ready to start the process.

Josh, we can reopen this bug when he is active again, and is ready to become a dev. For now though, I'm going to close it till he has more time.
