You can't use xfce4-settings-4.10 with libxfce4ui-4.12, You have to use at least 4.11. Why are half of your packages on the stable version and half on ~arch? If you're going to upgrade its probably better to move all of them together. Yeah, I probably should mention that all of my ~arch bumps were caused by auto-unmask I removed all of them and will be attempting a re-merge upgrade.
