New version available which is 2 years newer than the one in-tree.  I'll attach a preliminary ebuild (I copied the 0.13 one and added the systemd useflag).

Note, I added systemd as an optional dep, but wasn't sure what version it requires.  Also, it probably will need to install a unit file, but since I have no experience with systemd I cannot do that.

Keep in mind, while it 'works' [for openrc], enabling systemd will probably not. Shall I open another bug to try to get a systemd user to add/test a unit file?
