Fixes C compiler check faiilure in compile stage

I have found the same problem and tracked it. In my case problem was related to value of march (mtune or mcpu alternatively) flags which was supported by newer gcc but not for older gnat. It results in C compiler check failure. I guess the same was for the op.

My solutions is to check for proepr flags and if wrong flag is discovered, replace march/mtune/mcpu with 'native' value.

Appropriate patch for eclass/gnatbuild.eclass is attached. tested successfully with gcnat-gcc-4.3.6 and 4.6.4.

My suggestion would be to add your own env file for your own flags if you want/need to use such an old version. The other options would be the newer gnat-gpl ebuilds or the ada overlay for a "normal" toolchain build of gant-gcc (with USE=ada). The latter is still more or less alpha, but quite useable, while the former I haven't even tested yet. The last version of gnat-gcc using the old eclass is 4.9.x and the overlay is mainly being tested with 6.x/7.x

So for now you can either 1) adjust your package.env for the old version here, 2) try gnat-gpl-2016/2017, or 3) try this overlay:

Sorry, if you want ppc then you'll need to wait for a new bootstrap for that. But option 1 is still open ;)
