Mod_auth_pam-1.1.1 does not build on my system. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mod_auth_pam
2.
3.

Actual Results:

Please assign this to zul@gentoo.org.
He apparently forgot to commit *all* the files from bug #28114.
Both the patch and a config file are missing.
