Created attachment 403098 [details] efl-1.13.1/config.log If this use flag is enabled, the build will fail during the configure checks: checking for openjpeg.h... no configure: error: JP2K dependencies not found It seems to work fine for openjpeg:0. I've tried setting the JP2K_CFLAGS and JP2K_LIBS in the ebuild, but it does no good: the build system won't use them when testing for the usability of openjpeg.h. Don't know if it's better to limit the ebuild to openjpeg:0 or if we should address this to upstream.
