mod_transform is a filter module that allows Apache 2.0 to do dynamic XSL Transformations on either static XML documents, or XML documents generated from another Apache module or CGI program.

Your ebuild needs a version bump to 0.4.1

I know, but it should be sufficient to just copy the ebuild to 0.4.1 as only
minor bugs were fixed.

0.4.0 was added... Can someone do the bump to 0.4.1? 

It was only a bug fix release! It fixed mod_transform so it would work properly with most Proxies.  It is quite important to have this to use mod_transform in the real world.
