I newer version than the ones in portage is available. libmng-1.0.7.

Libmng-1.0.7 ebuild

This is the ebuild for libmng 1.0.7.

I had to modify it, as the program now uses autogen.sh to create the
configure script (this was causing econf to die without running it)
