sci-libs/plplot-5.11.0-rc1 require the USE flag +dynamic with it has the qt4 use flag.

But  dev-lang/gdl which depends on sci-libs/plplot require -dynamic.

I guess the restriction is enforced for a reason.

Quite simple, I cannot install both at the same time.

simply install plplot[-dynamics,-qt4]. That should work with gdl.

Solution is clear, nothing to fix here.
