After setting up a fresh gentoo running a "emerge --ask osm2pgsql" results in an emerge sci-geosciences/osm2pgsql-99999999 with missing dependency of dev-libs/boost during configure phase. Comparing the ebuilds osm2pgsql-0.{84,86,87}.0 with the osm2pgsql-99999999 shows the missing dependency.
