Can we stabilize pecl-geoip 1.1.0? There is one open bug (#526244), but I think it's not a regression and relatively obscure (only matters if one tries to load malformed geoip databases), therefore I think it shouldn't stop stabilization.

1.1.0 supports PHP 5.6, it is therefore good to have it stabilized in preparation for a future php 5.6 stabilziation effort.
