when I try and do emerge -u world, the file can not be found

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u world
Actual Results:  
Couldn't download glib-2.4.2.tar.bz2

Expected Results:  
updated all my portage files

Works ok for me.  Do a manual wget if you need to I suppose. `cd /usr/portage/distfiles ; wget ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.4/glib-2.4.2.tar.bz2`

yeah.. check your connection... i don't think this is a valid bug..
